Our Story

Our Story

We're a close-knit family on the rugged, windswept coast of North West Tasmania. For as long as we can remember, we've been drawn to creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces from the natural materials around us.

Over the years, we've built a deep appreciation for Tasmanian hardwoods — the warm tones of Huon Pine, the mesmerising grain of Myrtle burl, the quiet strength of Blackwood. We source reclaimed and native timber and transform it in our workshop using a blend of traditional hand finishing and precision CNC routing.

Materials

Tasmanian Timbers

We work with Huon Pine, Sassafras, Celery Top Pine, Myrtle, Blackwood, Rosegum, and other native species. Each timber has its own colour, grain, and personality — and we let those natural qualities shape the finished piece.

01

Select

We source reclaimed and native Tasmanian hardwoods — each piece chosen for its grain, figure, and character.

02

Shape

Every piece is designed, routed, and paired with resin in our workshop — combining precision tooling with hands-on craft.

03

Finish

Hours of sanding, polishing, and careful hand finishing bring out the depth of the timber and resin.

Every piece we make is one of a kind. We believe in the beauty of natural variation — in timber that tells a story, in finishes that invite touch, and in objects crafted to be as meaningful to give as they are to keep.
